In our team we are responsible to bring our Customer Relationship Management solutions to all our central and market entities to power up our business units so that they can excite our customers!For that we develop, integrate and rollout multiple state-of-the art standard and self-developed applications and services.
For the CRM and Consent Management topics we work closely together with our business teams to enable our markets globally to benefit from the centrally and fully integrated solutions. We are using the Sales and Service clouds from Salesforce as the state-of-the-art CRM solution.
For Consent Management a service was specifically designed and implemented to compliantly gather and manage the consents of our customers for different purposes. Additionally, new projects and initiatives are just around the corner: e.g. a new and exciting Salesforce product will be introduced which we’ll support to set up, develop and migrate to it.
We are looking for a Technical Rollout and Integration Manager to support us bringing Salesforce and the Consent Management System to even more markets. Furthermore, you will have the chance to contribute to new and exciting initiatives in these areas. We are a small team and strive to align tasks flexibly to whoever can support best.
You will master these tasks:
- You steer the technical rollouts for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud as well as our central Consent Management System:
- You coordinate the technical integration between the central touchpoints and local market systems on one side and the Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and the Consent Management System on the other
- You consult the application and product teams in setting up technical processes and implementation
- You support testing and go-live activities
- You coordinate the technical integration between the central touchpoints and local market systems on one side and the Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and the Consent Management System on the other
- You are the technical demand owner for Salesforce and Consent Management demands:
- You collect, analyze and refine new demands
- You gather technical requirements and create concepts
- You coordinate the demand implementation with the demand management and the development teams
- You support testing activities and drive the rollout to the central and local market systems
- You collect, analyze and refine new demands
- You work together with the colleagues from the business teams on the rollout and demand planning
- You support new initiatives and projects with your technical and system knowledge
Qualifikationen
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Experience in rollout and integration projects:
- Technical know-how on system architecture and integration methods (e.g. REST APIs)
- Ability to design technical blueprints/ integration concepts in a complex environment
- Project management skills
- Test management knowledge
- Technical know-how on system architecture and integration methods (e.g. REST APIs)
- Process and system know-how of Salesforce
- Knowledge on Consent Management and CRM processes in Sales and Marketing domain
- Fluent in English
Personal skills
- Very good planning, coordination and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, set yourself goals and work self-organized to achieve them
- Ability to clearly describe and communicate complex problems and elaborate solutions
- Openness and self-motivation to learn, give and receive feedback and develop yourself further
- Ability to work in intercultural teams
