About the Role
This role is a true all-rounder position which will see you working in our Front Office team and Food and Beverage team. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assisting the Hotel Manager with day to day Front Office and Restaurant operations, Dinner Service
- Providing exceptional service by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out, meal service and throughout their stay
- Taking food & beverage orders and running food & drinks
- Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge
- Ensuring safety and security for guests and colleagues
Skills and experience
- Genuine passion for Hospitality & desire to help others
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is advantageous.
- A positive can do & customer focused attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- Availability to work varied shifts including early morning, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
