We are a high quality OEM and ODM sportswear and garment manufacturing company seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales/Marketing Representative. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your passion for sports to connect with clients and understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Leverage your experience to navigate different markets, identify opportunities, and expand our client base.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas and strategies to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Efficiently process client information and effectively communicate it to relevant departments within the organization, such as production, merchandising, and sampling.
  • Act as a skilled negotiator, working towards win-win solutions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Take ownership of customer relationships, providing responsive and responsible service to ensure successful and profitable orders.
  • Showcase your knowledge of our company's products and services to effectively promote and sell to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement tailored sales strategies that align with client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, conduct thorough brand and competitor analysis, and remain aware of market demands to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or account management within the garment or fashion industry.
  • Background or passion in sports, with a genuine passion for sports-related products.
  • Export experience, with a solid understanding of international markets and logistics is a plus!
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and overcome challenges.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills to achieve win-win solutions with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively convey information and build rapport with diverse audiences including clients and peers.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.

Salary: Rp4,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
