Job Scope

  • Reporting to the Sales & Operations Director
  • Research, prepare & handle confidential-related matters
  • Maintain efficient filing system of internal, external and confidential business documents
  • Attend meetings and corporate events on behalf whenever required & necessary
  • Organizing/ managing appointments with prospective & existing clients, including setting venues where necessary
  • Calendar management, agenda preparation, manage emails drafting & phone calls
  • Assist in responding to selective emails on behalf to vendors, business partners, supplier etc.
  • Prepare presentation materials only when necessary
  • Professional and courteous telephone screening & liaison both internally and externally
  • Scheduling conference calls and video conferences, whenever necessary
  • Minutes taking for meetings
  • Follow up on due course of actions after meetings and discussions
  • Greet and co-ordinate on guests and visitors
  • Assist in screening, filtering & hiring of candidates for selected positions, working closely with the HR department
  • Organizing events for team bonding, team gathering session
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration / Business Management / Marketing or equivalent
  • 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience
