Admin Assistant [Philippines]


 

Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the administrative department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs administrative and office support activities specifically for administrative department.
  • Oversee the general ordering and maintenance of office inventory (i.e. supplies, equipment and etc.) in coordination with immediate superior.
  • End to end procurement process of office & stores supply of all companies
  • Local/Non-trade purchase
  • Admin Utilities: monitor and request for payment, maintain a file
  • Vehicles – Monitor, Canvass, repair and maintenance, insurance and process LTO renewal
  • Documentation and filing of records of administrative department.
  • Perform other related task as maybe assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years responsible administrative/clerical function experience.
  • With good communication skills (written and verbal, both English and Filipino)
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with the ability to learn quickly and the capacity to multi-task
  • Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
